MERENDINE Completes Work On New Album

Italian thrashers MERENDINE (formerly MERENDINE ATOMICHE) have completed work on their fourth studio album, "New World Disorder", for a November release. The band entered New Sin Studios in Loria (Treviso),Italy on July 25 with producer Luigi Stefanini and laid down 12 tracks in three weeks.

MERENDINE will embark on a European tour in October as direct support for Doro Pesch. The trek will include dates in Poland, Switzerland, Slovakia, Germany, Spain, Italy, France and the Czech Republic.

MERENDINE ATOMICHE's third full-length album, "Rude Rebel Brotherhood", was released in April 2009 via Locomotive Records. The CD was recorded at New Sin studios in Loria, Treviso, Italy and was produced by Luigi Stefanini and SAVATAGE guitarist Chris Caffery, who also played and sang on the disc.
